1. Acceptance
By browsing the website, requesting a quote, purchasing a package, approving a design, submitting information, or using a digital invitation, you accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of a couple, family, company, or organizer, you represent that you have authority to do so.
2. Services
Mazal Tov Atelier provides boutique digital invitation design and development for weddings, Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvah, Brit Milah, and special events. Services may include an event site or page, personalized links, RSVP, an admin dashboard, language adaptations, guest uploads, creative extras, and support, depending on the quote or package purchased.
Demos, images, text, and website prices are informational and may change. The final scope is defined by the applicable proposal, quote, confirmation message, or contract.
3. Client information
The client must provide complete, accurate information and sufficient rights for names, dates, venue details, schedules, guest lists, copy, photos, music, logos, design instructions, and all materials needed. Delivery timelines depend on receiving materials and approvals on time.
The client is responsible for having authorization to use images, music, trademarks, guest personal information, and minors' information. Mazal Tov Atelier may reject illegal, offensive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or infringing content.
4. Quotes, payments, and promotions
Prices may be displayed in U.S. dollars, Mexican pesos, or another stated currency. Taxes, bank fees, currency conversion, or third-party charges may apply depending on payment method and client location.
A deposit may be required to reserve availability or begin production. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits cover planning, reserved availability, initial creative work, and administration, and may be non-refundable once service begins.
Promotions are limited by time and may be subject to availability, package, date, and announced conditions. Mazal Tov Atelier may correct obvious price or availability errors before confirming a purchase.
5. Delivery, revisions, and approvals
Estimated timelines, including fast delivery such as 72 hours, begin when the client provides complete materials, makes required payment, and confirms essential instructions. Late changes, lack of response, special integrations, or high guest volume may extend timelines.
The number of included revisions depends on the package or proposal. Out-of-scope changes, full redesigns, additional features, urgent modifications, or edits after final approval may require additional fees.
Approval by message, email, form, or any written channel authorizes publication or delivery. The client must review spelling, dates, names, maps, links, seats, and all event details before approval.
6. Publication, availability, and third parties
Invitations may depend on third-party services such as hosting, forms, maps, WhatsApp, email, domains, analytics, payment gateways, calendars, social media, and media players. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of external services.
We may temporarily suspend an invitation for maintenance, security, abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or violation of these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues within our control.
7. Intellectual property
Mazal Tov Atelier keeps rights in methodologies, code, templates, layouts, components, tools, processes, base styles, know-how, and pre-existing materials. After payment, the client receives a limited license to use the final invitation for the event.
The client keeps rights in photos, names, trademarks, text, and materials they provide, and grants Mazal Tov Atelier a license to use them to provide the service. Copying, reselling, cloning, extracting code, reusing templates, or creating derivative products is not allowed without written authorization.
8. Privacy and guest data
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. When the client provides guest information, the client represents that they have a lawful basis, consent, or sufficient authorization to share it and have it used for the invitation, RSVP, and event administration.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations are evaluated based on project progress, incurred costs, reserved availability, and deliverables already produced. Customized services, approved designs, domains, integrations, rush work, and published deliverables may be non-refundable.
If Mazal Tov Atelier cancels a service for reasons not attributable to the client, we may offer a proportional refund, credit, or reasonable alternative depending on project status.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mazal Tov Atelier is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party interruptions, errors in client-approved information, connectivity failures, guest decisions, canceled events, venue changes, weather, government restrictions, or circumstances outside our control.
Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Applicable law and consumers
These terms are interpreted under applicable laws of Mexico and/or the United States depending on place of purchase, client residence, currency, payment entity, and mandatory consumer protection rules. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer, privacy, or e-commerce laws.
Before starting a formal claim, the parties will try to resolve any dispute in good faith by writing to hello@mazaltovatelier.com.
12. Changes
We may update these terms when services, providers, laws, or commercial conditions change. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued site use or future purchases mean acceptance of the updated version.
